  1. Corporations and small businesses create jobs and drive the economy. They deserve the most money. They also need liability protection against the parasite lawyers who can't wait to sue every business (big and small).

  2. The vaccine will be useless within a year. All flu-like viruses evolve. Our immune systems remain the best defense. But those with serious underlying health conditions (including smokers of cigs/weed and the obese) would be wise to take the vaccine.
