  1. Most of the blame lies with Pelosi and the Democrats, who are holding up the Bill for their "wish list" of initiatives with ZERO relationship to the Covid crisis. This is deja vu to the first Stimulus package, which Pelosi and Schumer held up while they demanded such "wish list" funding as $25 million for the Kennedy Center and $75 million for the National Endowment for the Arts.
