  1. Let's bottom-line the current situation: 1. As noted in the vid, there's a bi-partisan $Trillion dollar stimulus Bill on the table that leaves out the key Republican demand of liability protection for businesses and the Democrat demand for more bailout money for States. 2. This Bill would provide immediate help to Americans. 3. McConnell has repeatedly said he'll sign the Bill. 4. Pelosi and Schumer won't. It's pretty clear where the problem lies.
