Comments by "Hugh Jorgan" (@HughJorgan1) on "Gov. Cuomo hits back at McConnell's bailout rhetoric" video.
I see this quote as a direct criticism of Cuomo's massive hypocrisy and use of alternative facts. I assume that was your intention?

Cuomo's hypocrisy knows no bounds. He accuses others of being "blatantly political"...while being blatantly political! I encourage CNN viewers to seek facts. Go listen to everything McConnell said about the new funding bill. All he's saying is this: 1. There's a "red line" on the liability issue for businesses. Lawyers can't wait to start suing those who re-open, so there will be no new bill unless the Dems agree we must protect businesses. 2. The country can't allow States to use emergency funding to rescue them from poor fiscal policies and mismanaged pension funds. Regardless if they're Democrat or Republican. No rational person would disagree with McConnell's two key issues.

Do you support States using a single dollar of emergency funding for Covid- related issues to fund mismanaged pension funds? Please research the issue before responding.

@erikjohnson1746 ..Good points but you didn't answer my question. Do you support money from an emergency funding bill being used by States (Red or Blue) to fund their pension plans?

I disagree. Cuomo proved once again his hypocrisy knows no bounds. He accused others of being "blatantly political"...while being blatantly political! I encourage CNN viewers to seek facts and listen to everything McConnell said about the new funding bill. All he's saying is this: 1. There's a "red line" on the liability issue for businesses. Lawyers can't wait to start suing those who re-open. There will be no new bill unless the Dems agree we must protect businesses. 2. The country can't allow States to use emergency funding to rescue them from poor fiscal policies and mismanaged pension funds (regardless if they're Democrat or Republican).

@sewuesebitto9677 ...Your response is very rare on Youtube, particularly in a CNN comment section. People can disagree without insulting each other. All the best, and stay safe out there.

@rockland2 ..There's over 80 organs in the human body. You may want to reflect on why you're focused on just one of them.

@digitalperson108 ...Cuomo proved once again his hypocrisy knows no bounds. He accused others of being "blatantly political"...while being blatantly political! I encourage you (and anyone else who gets their news from CNN) to seek facts. Listen to McConnell's interview on the new funding bill and why it's delayed. All he's saying is this: 1. There's a GOP "red line" on the liability issue for businesses. Lawyers can't wait to start suing those who re-open so there will be no new bill unless the Dems agree we must protect businesses. 2. The country can't allow States to use emergency funding to rescue them from poor fiscal policies and mismanaged pension funds (regardless if they're Democrat or Republican).

@digitalperson108 ..Good to know you're seeking facts rather than just watching CNN. So...do you disagree with McConnell's 2 key reasons for holding up the Bill? If so, why?
1
@digitalperson108 ..It's good to hear you agree with McConnell's key conditions on the bill. That shows intelligence. I don't mean that to sound condescending, it's just exceedingly rare to come across someone in a CNN comment section who is capable of looking at the big picture. My thumbs up for your comment is valid. Bottom line...I hope you realize why Cuomo was very careful to not get into specifics on the "blatant politics" from McConnell. He knows his supporters won't bother to get the details. And I hope you realize the massive hypocrisy of him making such a statement...and then being blatantly political. We could debate details on State budgets and Federal funding all day. Let's not. Thanks for the chat. Stay safe out there.
