There's zero evidence of a quid pro quo. I find it mind boggling you're repeating the claim. Particularly since neither of the Articles of Impeachment mention it! You might as well repeat another Democrat focus-group lie and say Trump committed "Bribery and Extortion". smh And I'm perplexed you'd repeat another CNN lie. Sondland never said their was a quid pro quo...it was only his "presumption". But I'm glad you've finally acknowledged (or come to the realization) there's NO CRIME alleged in the impeachment. If nothing else, you can take that fact away from our chat. (I'm always glad to educate Democrats and CNN viewers on facts). Bottom line, I respect your ability to have an adult discussion on the issues. Even though we disagree, you show more intelligence than 90% of Democrat supporters or CNN viewers. It's important you accept the fact the impeachment is meaningless for Trump's legacy, and has zero chance of getting him removed from office. And it's important you realize the Democrat's will go down in history as the party that forever lowered the bar for impeachment by abusing Congressional powers and spitting on the Constitution. It's actually Obstructing the Senate, but I see your point. For the impeachment, the Democrat's abused Congressional powers and spat on the Constitution in a lame attempt to influence an election. They will fail.

Then reflect on the fact it was a 100% partisan impeachment (with 2 Democrats voting no) and is therefore unlike ALL past impeachments. Then reflect on the fact EVERY past impeachment process involved the 3rd branch of Government, the SCOTUS. At this point, you'll then understand why the impeachment is completely meaningless for Trump's legacy and stands no chance of getting support in the Senate. Bottom line, history will look back on this circus as nothing more than the Democrats abusing Congressional powers and spitting on the Constitution. And helping Trump get a second term.

@gotanygrapes2471 ..Incorrect, there's no crime alleged in the Articles of Impeachment. And worse for the Dems, the "abuse of power" charge could've been used against EVERY past President. And even worse for the Dems, the "Obstruction of Congress" charge is not only NOT a crime, it ignores Constitutional Separation of Power. Aside from these facts, I encourage you to go listen to McConnell's full speech on why the Dem's impeachment is DOA to the Senate. No crime, no involvement of the SCOTUS, no fair process, massive bias (Dems on record calling for impeachment BEFORE Trump was elected!), Schiff's lies, etc etc etc. Facts are important.
