  6. Levi Nunya...You make many good points. And I also appreciate effective discussion without insults and ad hominem. It’s very rare to come across a person like you in a CNN comment section. Needless to say, Trump supporters like me are in hostile territory. Your understanding of Separation of Power puts you ahead of many. I’ve had to educate countless Dems and Trump haters on Executive Privilege and the role of the Judiciary/SCOTUS. An inconvenient truth for Dems is that Trump has used the exact same powers as past Democrat Presidents, especially Obama. And an even more salient fact is the SCOTUS was involved in ALL past impeachment’s prior to Trump’s. This was the biggest mistake, among many, that the Democrats made in their rushed process. Your understanding of the importance of looking at the context of quotes also separates you from many Dem supporters and CNN viewers. I find it mind boggling how many are still buying the lies. I guarantee you there are millions of brainwashed Democrats who still think Trump called all Mexicans criminals and white supremacists fine people. As I said, it certainly doesn’t help that CNN pundits and leaders such as Bernie and Biden regularly repeat these lies. Of course, I know Trump lies too. Regarding the “Muslim ban”, I think its better described as a ban on countries that support terrorism. It’s similar to a travel ban that Obama (and many other countries) put on Muslim countries. As you point out, it has nothing to with race. Trump is keeping the promises to deal with immigration. Quickly on that point, he won a critical case in the SCOTUS the other day on merit-based immigration. We can now deny immigrants who are very likely to end up government assistance. Meanwhile, Bernie and Warren want to spend $Trillions giving illegals free healthcare! The Democrats continue to drive support to Trump with their unicorn promises and anti-America leftist garbage. But I digress. Bottom line, I see the Democrats ridiculous 100% partisan impeachment as an abuse of Congressional powers and an affront to the Constitution. We should be thankful the Senate is putting and end to their lies, incompetence, and political games. But we should all brace ourselves for another 9 months of the Democrats doing nothing for the country and attacking Trump at every turn. In fact, it’ll surely continue throughout his second term. The Democrats could've used the SCOTUS to compel witnesses and documents in the House inquiry process...but chose not to. And remember, they said they had an "overwhelming and rock solid case" BEFORE they got to the Senate. This was yet another lie for their Trump-hating base. Their partisan gong show abuses Congressional powers and spits on the Constitution..and needs to end. And I'm curious, are you aware that Clinton's impeachment was fully bipartisan and involved serious (and proven) crimes, including Witness Tampering, Obstruction of Justice, and Perjury (a felony), yet he was acquitted by the Senate?

  9.  @levi1929 ..I must correct you on an often repeated lie. Trump's comments on Mexicans was in the context of many who illegally cross our border. And he's right. Just look at the amount of criminals and gang members who've entered illegally. He's clarified this many times, but Liberal media keeps using the quote out of context. It's similar to the often repeated lie that Trump called white supremacists "fine people". As recently as a couple months ago, both Sanders and Biden repeated this lie in rallies. Trump condemned the actions of the white supremacist idiots in Charlottsville. The context of his "fine people" comment was the groups on both sides of the protest of the statue removal (Robert E. Lee) the day before the riots. See link below for full interview. Democrats count on their supporters to continue to stay uninformed and believe their lies. You're entitled to dislike Trump, but you shouldn't base it on lies.   10.  @levi1929 .. I encourage you to research Constitutional Separation of Power and Executive Privilege. They are the main reasons the Democrat's are spitting on the Constitution. For example, the ludicrous "Obstruction of Congress" charge ignores these principles. Only the the Judiciary/SCOTUS can determine if Trump has abused the powers of the Executive Branch. Perhaps more importantly, the Democrats spat on the Constitution with their incessant lies about Trump's "crimes" (remember back when it was "bribery, treason and extortion"?), and their 100% partisan impeachment. Voters will remember the Dem's utter incompetence in November.
