  1. Trump's second impeachment is as meaningless to his legacy as the first. Here's why:  1. The first impeachment was 100% partisan and a blatant abuse of Congressional powers by Pelosi, Schiff and the House Democrats. In fact, their case was so weak 2 Democrats voted against impeachment. It was the first 100% partisan impeachment in history.  2. The second impeachment didn't have any investigations, hearings, witnesses or an opportunity for the defense to present an argument before a trial. It was the first in history to ignore these basic principles of Justice.
