No, he wants to eliminate it because it's unconstitutional. The SCOTUS has confirmed this. The only reason it's still in effect is partisan politics. And do you remember Politifact's "Lie of the Year" for 2013? It was Obama saying you could keep your doctor. Trump's smart to bring up the issue again. And the Democrats look like fools supporting an illegal/unconstitutional program.

Trump continues to play chess while Democrats and Media are playing checkers. He knows the SCOTUS has already determined aspects of the ACA are unconstitutional. The only reason it's still in effect is a 5-4 vote, with partisan politics once again playing a role. Raising the issue puts the spotlight on the issues with ACA. And it reminds people of the ridiculous partisan decisions coming from our SCOTUS. The Democrats look like fools supporting an illegal/unconstitutional program and media helping Trump with every new spin.

I'll bet 90% of the people in this comment section don't realize the SCOTUS determined aspects of the ACA are unconstitutional. And I'll bet they also don't realize Trump's right that it must be replaced (or heavily amended), and that the Democrats look like fools supporting an illegal/unconstitutional program. People...Trump doesn't want to kick anyone off healthcare. This is about replacing an illegal/unconstitutional program with something better.

Nope. The only thing that would ruin the country is more Democrat leadership. They're the party of lies, hate and anti-America policies. And I cringe at the idea of sleepy Joe trying to lead.

Google Politifacts "Lie of the Year" for 2013. Hint: It's Obama lying on the Affordable Care Act. And it's a doozy.
