  1. It looks possible the Dems may take the exit ramp. They don't have a solid case and will open themselves up to investigation and testimony under oath in the Senate (Schiff, Biden's son, whistleblower's lawyer, etc). As well, there are polls that show support for Trump increasing since the inquiry circus started. That said, I predict the Dems are dumb enough to impeach.

  2. Like Biden's quid pro quo, which actually occurred? The Dem's "personal gain" talking point is as much a stretch of logic as the ludicrous "bribery and extortion" claim. The foreign aid was released and no investigation of Biden and his son was announced. Trump asking for corruption to be investigated can't be deemed personal gain. This disconnect is why there's no way Trump gets removed from office.

  3.   ..Fair points, but we'll have to disagree there's been anything remotely "illegal" proven by the Dem's inquiry. At worst, I see Trump using poor judgement. And we'll certainly have to disagree that Biden's threats to the Ukraine weren't for personal gain (his son's cushy job). Bottom line, let's remember that Clinton committed one of the worst possible crimes for a President (perjury, with a Grand Jury no less!) and yet wasn't removed from office. He also was convicted of Obstruction of Justice. I think it's important for Dems supporters to accept the fact Trump will never be removed from office for asking for corruption to be investigated and delaying foreign aid. The sooner they realize it the happier they'll be.
