  1. I agree border security is a national emergency. We need a combination of a wall/permanent barrier in lengthy stretches and enhanced use of technology in others. I don't care who gets credit for the solution. Speaking of national emergencies...I think California's "sanctuary" laws should be repealed. They're a big part of the incentive for people to try to enter illegally, at all costs. Including the death of of their children. And without such laws we could've deported the illegal immigrant for his multiple arrests long before he became a cop killer.

  4.  @Mad-wv6ol  Among the more tired comments the last couple months is "Mexico is going to pay for the wall". While it's correct to point out Trump made this promise, it's illogical to assume he won't fulfill it. He'll make them pay in the long run. The new trade deal is a start, but he'll have 6 more years to ensure every penny spent is recovered.
