  1. The Democrats have a massive base that would vote for a sack of potatoes, as long as it's blue. And they've been working for decades trying to grow this base, which is also known as the "low information voter". Fortunately, our Founding Fathers foresaw the issue of California and New York determining the President every election. Let's remember that although Hillary won the popular vote by 3 million it was only because she beat Trump by 5 million in CA and NY. Trump won the popular vote over the other 48 States by 2 million and therefore won an Electoral College landslide.
