  1. Trump's defense should take about 2 minutes: 1. He can't be blamed for the actions of people who don't understand the meaning of the word "peaceful". 2. Allan Dershowitz said it best: "Nothing the president said constituted unprotected 'incitement,' as narrowly defined by the Supreme Court over nearly a century of decisions. His volatile words plainly fell on the side of political 'advocacy,' which is protected speech." The Democrats are wasting time with more political games. They should be focusing on doing actual work for the country.

  2.  @jockyoung4491  ...I disagree. The legal definitions are entirely relevant, as is the Constitution. Dershowitz knows his stuff. And a person can't be found guilty of "making violence more likely". By that rationale, Hillary made violence from leftist groups more likely every time she called Trump an "illegitimate" President from a "stolen" election.

  4. Yep. At the most, the Dem's can get 55 votes...they need 67, with 17 votes from Republicans. Since 45 Republicans voted that the entire process is unconstitutional, they can't now vote Trump's guilty. In other words, there's zero chance of getting a conviction
