Comments by "Hugh Jorgan" (@HughJorgan1) on "WaPo: Trump surpassed 10,000 false or misleading claims" video.
I'd love to see a fact-check of WaPo and CNN video subject lines in the past 3 years for 'misleading' claims.

You raise a good point. I think the methodology to determine what constitutes a 'lie' is important in this discussion. For example, Trump rarely uses speech writers and is the king of hyperbole. He'll mix up billion and trillion. He'll often misspeak on details. I'll bet these are all included in the 10,000 number. Rational people know what he means.. and understand the context of the points he's making. He isn't a professional politician. It's one of the reasons he was elected. The leftist propaganda media will focus on one or two sentences or words and say look, Trump lied! Trump misled! Has he lied? Yes, many times. Just like past Presidents.

@markalbertson644 ..What part of my comment do you disagree with?

Lars Jones ..If you really think Trump has lied 10,000 times you're a victim of fake news. Read my comment again. Slowly.

@markalbertson644 ..I encourage you to reflect on what you're saying. You're making an assumption based on personal bias by suggesting "He doesn't misspeak, he misleads on purpose". Using that logic, I could say Obama and Hillary never misspoke, they misled on purpose. I would never make such an illogical generalization. I shouldn't have said "rational people". I can see how that could be taken as insult. The main reasons for my comment are: 1. To put the "lie" description and methodology into context vis a vis hyperbole, mistakes, and misspeaking. 2. Point out the biased media's approach (especially WaPo and CNN) of cherry-picking Trump's words and sentences, using quotes of context, and calling them lies. The "10,000" story is classic fake news. I wish more people would question everything they're being told by media. Including Fox. Lastly, I know I'm in hostile territory. A CNN comment section is where expressing an opinion means I'm a "pitiful brainwashed fuck". smh
