  1. Barrett is a great choice on so many levels. I particularly like that Democrat haters like Pelosi, AOC, Omar, etc won't be able to use their usual identity politics, victimhood, and race baiting. And not just because Barrett is a brilliant woman. She also has adopted children of color.

Fun Fact for those trying to compare the current SCOTUS scenario to 2016: Since the 1880s, no Senate has confirmed an opposite-party President’s Supreme Court nominee in a presidential election year. This explains McConnell's actions blocking Obama's nominee in 2016. And it helps explain why Trump and McConnell are fully justified to replace Ginsburg this year.
