It’s an exchange at the White House Press briefing, paraphrased: Reporter: “President Biden lied in his 9/11 speech when he said he was at ground zero the day after the attack. Why does he continue to just make things up?” White House Press Secretary: “The President is working hard to make sure we never have another 9/11.” smh
