Every hysterical Democrat and Trump hater who now presumes people are guilty until proven innocent need to step back and look at the big picture.

“I know many of you will now March to the Capitol to make your voices peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard”——Trump in his speech Jan. 6 I’ll bet 90% of CNN viewers and Democrats don’t know he said that.

@kquat7899 ..Firstly, people are innocent until proven guilty. Hysterical Democrats and Trump haters have it backwards. Secondly, its clear the Jan 6 Committee is only trying to keep ‘Orange Man Bad” going for as long as possible. It’s all about the 2022 Midterms and their fear of Trump running in 2024. Thirdly, the Democrats crapped on the Constitution and abused Congressional powers with their two epic impeachment fails. They’re going to go 0 for 3. Lastly, Trump’s protection from false allegations are protected by Executive Privilege. Those who think he shouldn’t have that privilege need to ask themselves if they’d feel the same if it was Democrat President getting harassed by a Republican dominated Congress.

@kquat7899 ..1.The fact you realize Trump is innocent until proven guilty makes you smarter than about 95% of Democrats and Trump haters. 2. There’s been 2 major investigations into the riot and a bunch of people are in prison. 3. You’re only partly right. Trump’s first impeachment was a 100% partisan vote in the House, the first in history. In fact, the Democrats couldn’t even get all their own members to go along with the lies as 2 voted against impeachment. Bet you didn’t know that. Romney’s sole guilty vote in the Senate was completely meaningless. The Democrats subsequently took another crap on the Constitution and again abused Congressional powers in the 2nd impeachment by having NO witnesses, hearing or investigations at the House level, the first time in history that’s happened. They were then slaughtered with facts in the Senate. The House Republicans who voted to impeach embarrassed themselves for supporting a sham process and we’re then were proven wrong in the Senate. 4. Nope, Executive Privilege continues. Obama and Clinton could still claim Executive Privilege. That said, the SCOTUS will likely rule on the concept. The stakes are huge if they deny Trump’s rights. It would mean no former President would be safe from partisan witch hunts. For example, if the GOP takes back the House and Senate next fall they could immediately start an investigation into Obama’s knowledge of the corrupt Steele Dossier, the illegal spying on Trump’s campaign, and the Russia Collusion lies. I trust you’d be ok with that?

@kquat7899 …I can’t imagine anything substantive coming out of the Jan 6 committee. The investigations thus far found nothing but a bunch of idiots (one wearing horns) who didn’t understand what Trump meant by “Peacefully make your voices heard” at the Capitol. Just one unanswered question I’m still curious about: If the GOP takes back the House and Senate next year would you support their right to launch a Committee (like the Jan 6 one) to investigate Obama’s role in Russia gate? Before answering, remember that such an investigation would also include Hillary, Biden, Pelosi et al. And consider that such a committee is needed to determine the level of lies, treason and FBI corruption beyond what’s already been discovered. A related follow up question: Now that you know the full background of the 2 impeachments, I trust you’d support the GOP’s right to conduct a 100% partisan impeachment of Biden (for any of many possible reasons) or one without hearings or witnesses at the House level?

Lol, are you saying you think Obama doesn’t still have Executive Privilege?
