They’re the ones most deserving of help, particularly if they have children. However, I would first ask where the child’s father is and why isn’t he helping.

  9.  @JuICyBLiinGeR  ..The difference in the size of the countries is meaningless. The NATO defence spending agreement is based on a PERCENTAGE of GDP. Germany and France spend a lot on defence but are taking advantage of all the countries achieving the 2% goal.
