Fun Fact: Roger Stone's crimes are identical to Bill Clinton's: witness tampering, obstruction of justice and perjury. Based on all the anger about Stone's sentence, I can only assume everyone thinks Clinton should have served at least 3 years in jail?

Bill is the better example. He did pretty much what Stone did...witness tampering, obstruction of justice and perjury. Yet didn't serve a day in jail.

Fun Fact: Clinton committed witness tampering, obstruction of justice and perjury...and spent zero days in jail.

@woodywood3388 ...Bill Clinton isn't a "she". Monica Lewinsky can attest to it.

Clinton was impeached for witness tampering and perjury (a felony), yet didn't serve a day in jail. In fact, he was acquitted of all charges despite irrefutable proof. Since Stone did pretty much the exact same crimes, I assume you think Clinton should have been removed from office and sent to jail?

@kevinmartin173 ..Kudos for being Republican. I responded to your comment (and many others in this section) because Clinton's crimes are exactly the same as Stone's. Yet he neither served a day in jail nor has a criminal record. He was essentially pardoned. I find it mind boggling how many in this comment section are applying a different rule of law to two identical cases. You're the least of my concerns, so sorry for misreading your point. My goal in a CNN comment section is to educate clueless Democrats.

Clinton committed perjury, obstruction of justice and witness tampering and didn't spend a day in jail. Did you think that was also a "miscarriage of justice"?

Clinton committed perjury, obstruction of justice and witness tampering and doesn't have a criminal record. If Trump pardons Stone, I really hope he mentions the travesty of justice with Clinton...just as a friendly reminder for Democrats to look in the mirror before passing judgement.
