1:20 is very interesting data. Since 2004 there's been 216 flights where AOA sensor issues were reported. Of those, only 42 were from Boeing planes. Makes one wonder what the other 174 issues were caused by, and what planes/airlines were involved.

@Rich.H68 ..Agree. And I'm curious of the other airlines/planes with the issue and why they weren't grounded as well. I predict it will come down to a combination of pilot training and the "optional" override software.

@joshuarich7527 ..Great info. So are you saying there's no other planes with AOA sensors that have MCA systems that 'take control' of the plane?
