  6. As usual for a CNN section, I see a lot of comments from people who clearly didn't watch the video. Yun never says that Trump approved the letter. He says it was "his understanding". In other words, we don't yet have facts on whether Trump approved the commitment. His claim we haven't paid the $2 million is true. I'm not seeing a "lie" at this point.
