@Robert-uz2mz ..I hope people take some time to read all the facts you provided. But since this a CNN comment section, I'm not holding my breath. This is where facts aren't wanted. They'd rather just believe CNN and Democrat lies and fear mongering...and blame it all on Trump. Which is why he'll win in November.

Hindsight Bias: "A psychological disorder also known as 'I knew-it-all-along' refers to the tendency for people to perceive events that have already occurred as having been more predictable than they actually were before the events took place." People would be wise to recognize when they're guilty of hindsight bias with respect to Covid.

Australia's population is 15 million less than the State of California. It's highly illogical to make any country-to-country comparisons. As well, your average tax rate for the Middle Class is about 33%, which is significantly higher than America's. Your "universal health care" is paid for with high taxes. We choose to have lower taxes and far more options. (And before any Democrat jumps into the chat...google "why universal healthcare didn't work in Vermont", which is Bernie Sander's home State. Hint, it was because people saw the high taxes and said no way)

@petermichael7358 ..And California has 40 million people. You appear to have missed my point. I congratulate Australia for not having a major recession and taxing the rich at higher rate. But it doesn't change the fact it's highly illogical to make ANY country-to-country comparisons. Have a good one.
