@jlowrey68 ..In the fine print for the table it indicates there's a "1 to 8 week lag" in reporting of numbers. This is due to the length of time for official death certificates to reach the CDC. Needless to say, media is always focusing on the highest number possible. More people need to look at the big picture. As you indicated in your original comment, it's relevant to look at deaths from the flu and pneumonia compared to Covid.

Just a friendly reminder it was a meaningless 100% partisan impeachment. Trump's legacy will remain solid. Unlike Clinton, whose impeachment was bi-partisan and involved actual crimes (including a felony). Trump's impeachment will go down in history as the Democrats abusing Congressional power and spitting on the Constitution. Nothing more.

According to the CDC website, close to 70,000 have died from pneumonia...since Feb. 1. You won't ever hear CNN or their fear-mongering losers like Lemon mention facts like that.
