Comments by "Hugh Jorgan" (@HughJorgan1) on "'Blame Trump' defense emerges among Capitol riot suspects" video.
Of course they do. Many who Burned, Looted and Murdered also blamed Trump. And many of the Antifa losers who riot constantly blame Trump.

"You Trumpers. Be careful. Walk lightly. We ain't playing with you. Enough of the shenanigans. Enough is enough. And for those of you who are soldiers, you know how to do it. Do it right. Be in order. Make them pay."---Cynthia Johnson (D-Michigan) These are hate-filled comments intended to incite violence from the Democrat "cult" (your word). And she still has her job.

@wilywascal2024 ...You make good points and I always appreciate your ability to have an adult discussion. Thumbs up. I think you already know what I'll say about a Democrat arguing "context"! lol For four years media and Democrats and have spun countless Trump quotes out of context. And that includes his comments on the Capitol. Funny how we rarely hear mention of the fact he wanted a "peaceful protest"? Cynthia Johnson's comments can't be defended in any way. In fact, her responses to trolls shows a complete lack of intelligence and understanding of her position. Lastly, whataboutism is a very important method to educate people on facts. It's a way to contradict the position they're taking. It's also a good form of counterargument. Most importantly, it helps people avoid being hypocritical with their opinions, which is what I see from countless Democrats and Trump haters.

@wilywascal2024 ...You really need to google "7 Levels of Disagreement". Google it in images for a concise version. Please note the Top 3 Levels: 1. Refuting the Central Point 2. Refutation (including using quotes, examples etc.) 3. Counterargument Now that you're educated... please note that using examples, quotes etc isn't really "whataboutism", it's a very effective way to disagree with someone. Moreover, I could argue that you've used whataboutism numerous times in our chat. But I won't because I realize you're just providing examples to back up your attempts at refutation and counterargument. Try to stick to the topic under discussion. I ignored your ad hominem in your first comment because you offered a great counterargument. You should try to do the same. On the topic under discussion...I'll leave you with a refutation of your point: 1. Trump clearly said he wanted a peaceful protest. He can't be responsible for the actions of idiots and losers. 2. (quote/whataboutism alert!). Allan Dershowitz said it best: "Nothing the president said constituted unprotected 'incitement,' as narrowly defined by the Supreme Court over nearly a century of decisions. His volatile words plainly fell on the side of political 'advocacy,' which is protected speech." Have a good one.

Aside from the fact Trump clearly said he wanted a "peaceful" protest, I think Alan Dershowitz said it best: "Nothing the President said constituted unprotected incitement, as narrowly defined by the Supreme Court over nearly a century of decisions. His volatile words plainly fell on the side of "political advocacy", which is protected speech."
