Separation of power is a critical part of the Constitution. The Dems don’t seem to understand this fact. And they also don’t understand that it’s the SCOTUS that has to rule on it, not the Senate. They’ve abused Congressional power and are conducting a partisan impeachment based on petty politics, and try to influence the 2020 election. The good news is they’re going to fail. Trump is looking stronger than ever for a second term and the impeachment will go down in history as a dark day for the Democrat party.

@TPOANME ..I encourage you to do some research on Separation of Power. Congress isn't all powerful. Trump's been very smart to leverage the power of the Executive Branch. Just like past Democrat Presidents have. It's also important for all Dem supporters to realize that a partisan impeachment will be meaningless. Compare it with Clinton's process, which was bi-partisan throughout, with 31 Democrats voting for the inquiry and 5 voting to impeach. This is because he committed one of the worst crimes possible for a President (perjury), along with witness tampering and obstruction of justice. Yet the Senate left him in office (which I support). Trump's impeachment will go down in history as meaningless. It's nothing more than partisan politics based on hate rather than a real crime. And it will forever be deemed an egregious abuse of Congressional powers. The Dems have spit on the Constitution and democracy. They will be on the wrong side of history and have pretty much guaranteed a second term for Trump. Enjoy the peace and prosperity these next 5 years.

Trump says what people are thinking. The letter is an excellent summary of why the Democrats have forever lowered the bar for impeachment. It’s based on hypocrisy, hate, petty partisan politics and abuse of Congressional powers.
