Some Person ..I encourage you to look up the definition of 'hindsight bias'. It's an epidemic in the country. No one could've predicted the extent of the pandemic. Just look around the world. Trump's early actions struck a balance between lowering the panic level and mitigating the spread. For example, the travel bans and mandatory quarantines. Followed quickly by the Task Force and working with the private sector. Followed closely by country-wide emergency declarations and bi-partisan work, And my central point remains...For many, it makes no difference what Trump does or says...they'll hate him regardless.

@margotgray3330 ..I wish you all the best in Australia. But I hope you realize the massive differences between our countries. For example, your population of 25 million is about 15 million less than the State of California. And it's 3 million less than Texas and just 5 million more than New York. Moreover, California, Texas and New York all have larger economies than Australia (based on 2019 GDP). My point is that it's illogical to compare our country's responses to the China Virus. But most importantly...stay well my friend.
