  1. The first impeachment was based on lies and the first in history to be 100% partisan in the House. In fact, the Democrats couldn't even get all their own House members to go along with the scam as 2 voted against impeachment. The second impeachment was the first in history with no hearings or investigations at the House level. The Democrats were then slaughtered with facts in the Senate. Bottom line, Trump's 2 impeachments will go down in history as nothing more than great examples of Democrat lies, incompetency, and sedition.

  2.  @terrylew2209  …Nope, Trump was acquitted because the Democrats had no case…in both impeachments. And a real example of a “spineless” acquittal was the Democrats letting Bill Clinton off the hook despite irrefutable evidence of major crimes and misdeeds including a felony (perjury) and witness tampering. But the main point of my comment was to point out how meaningless Trump’s impeachments are to his legacy. They only reflect badly on the Democrats, who abused Congressional powers and took craps on the Constitution and due process in both instances. Lastly, I always remind Democrats they can never get upset if a future Republican-majority House conducts a 100% partisan impeachment of a Democrat President or one without investigations and hearings at the House level.

And you appear to have also missed the Democrat’s star witness admitting they only “presumed” Trump wanted to use influence on Ukraine. Which is why the Democrats couldn’t even get all their own House members to go along with the scam as 2 voted against impeachment. You also appear to have missed the Senate hearings for Trump’s second impeachment. The Democrats fell flat on their face and had zero evidence Trump deliberately incited the riot. The fact he asked for a “peaceful protest” at the Capitol also destroyed their case. Moreover, Trump’s lawyers showed about a dozen examples of Democrat leaders questioning the 2016 election result, saying it was “stolen”, and repeatedly calling on their voters to “fight for justice”. I hate to be redundant but Trumps two impeachment were complete jokes. Now if you want to talk about an impeachable phone call….look no further than Biden’s July call to the Afghan President. He told a foreign leader to lie and mislead the world for his own benefit! The phone call plus Biden’s many lies on Afghanistan, the withdrawal debacle, and 13 dead marines is more justification for 1 Biden impeachment than there was for 2 of Trumps.
