Comments by "Hugh Jorgan" (@HughJorgan1) on "US touts ceasefire in Syria, but Turkey calls it a 'pause'" video.
The Syria issue is very complex and Trump's right to be happy with the latest development. And we should all be happy our troops are out of there. Here's a few facts to remember when forming an opinion on this issue: 1. There are over 15 million Kurds living in Turkey as citizens. 2. Turkey has had a decades-old issue with their southern border. 3. The Kurds in Syria include members of the terrorist group "YPG". Turkey has declared this group an enemy of their people, including their Kurdish people. 4. Many of the Kurds who fought ISIS with us and other NATO/European countries are essentially without a country. Hence, this latest action has them seeking a long-sough-after agreement with Syria for safety. The ceasefire will help significantly. Bottom line, we can't be expected to leave boots on the ground in northern Syria forever.

@AingellAingell ..Interesting. You've now managed to cover off the bottom 3 levels of the "7 Levels of Disagreement" in this section: Level 0---Using Insults Level 1---Ad Hominem attacks Level 2 ---The "tone argument" (which was your claim my comment was "copy-paste talking points"(wrong on both counts, btw). In other words, you've wasted a lot of words accomplishing absolutely nothing (as Gooey 911 pointed out). The good news is you've showed some intelligence regarding the complexity of the Syria issue. In future discussions, I encourage you to use that intelligence to look at the big picture and join smart people in the upper levels of disagreement. If you can avoid insults, ad hominem and the tone argument, you just might be able to influence opinion.
