Once again... it appears many in the section didn't bother the watch the full video before commenting. Whitaker answered the question quite thoroughly at 4:10.

@jesushuerta1852 ..He got a good laugh for pointing out the 5 minute rule. It was clearly a joke... and was enjoyed by everyone. And he answered the question fully a bit later in the vid (hint: the answer was no). So there's no "issue". As I said, it appears the CNN echo chamber is alive and well. Many comment without watching the vid. They base their opinion on CNN's misleading, alarmist subject line (NEVER trust a CNN subject line) and/or the comment section's group think.

@jesushuerta1852 ..It appears you still haven't viewed 4:10. He clearly answered the question, with no qualification. And we'll need to disagree the 5 minute comment was anything but a joke. Even the Chairman laughed. CNN is once again using a misleading subject line to dupe those unwilling to spend 6 minutes to get facts. This vid is a perfect example of fake news.
