  1. That's a good summary. To answer your final question, the Dems in Congress will most certainly conclude there's enough to impeach. This was a forgone conclusion when they won the House in 2018. But unlike Clinton's impeachment, there will be no bi-partisan support in Congress's vote (31 Democrats sided with Republicans due to Clinton's major crime of Perjury). And let's remember, there were 2 House Democrats who vote against the inquiry. As a Trump supporter I'll admit he used poor judgement in the Ukraine call. But there's no way the Senate can remove him from office for asking the Ukraine to investigate corruption involving the Bidens (which he's also asked China to do) and simply expecting something in return for foreign aid. To call the latter "bribery" or "extortion" is laughable and would make every past President guilty of the same "crime". Mulvaney was right when he said "Get over it".
