Comments by "Hugh Jorgan" (@HughJorgan1) on "FULL Bodycam Shows Arrest of Marshawn Lynch for Suspected DUI" video.
Take the comma out of the second sentence. It ruins the comment.

It’s so fortunate he didn’t kill someone before pulling over….while driving on rims. His lawyers already put out a statement it wasn’t a DUI by Nevada law. smh

I assume you’re in training to be a cop or want to sign up to serve and protect?

@eddyvideostar ...My reply was directed to the person posting the original comment.

@dmiller867 …Lots of people are making conclusions without looking at Nevada’s DUI laws. Keys in the ignition is only one possible factor to prove the person was in “physical control” of the vehicle. If it wasn’t running (which I believe was the case), it’ll likely be a non factor and Lynch won’t be charged with a DUI. Time will tell.

Lots of people in comments who won’t take 30 seconds to read up on Nevada’s DUI laws. Whether we like it or not Lynch is likely not guilty.

@POWER-LINKS ..I didn’t know that, thanks. Where can I see those clips?

@POWER-LINKS …Um, you need to change your original comment. You said “there’s tons of video”. You’re making assumptions. There may be zero hard evidence showing he drove to that spot. And even if there’s footage of the car how will they prove it was him driving? Looks like heavy tint on the windows. I’m just thinking like a lawyer. Remember…it’s “guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.” The prosecutors need to definitively prove Lynch drove to that spot and was in “physical control” of the vehicle.

Whether we like it or not there’s no proof he drove the car to that point. Unless they can prove he drove drunk he’s going to get nothing more than a parking ticket, if that.
1
@Jay5-0 …Nope. They’ll need to prove he drove. If the car was running they might have a case, but it wasn’t. There’s no law that says you can’t sleep in a vehicle, even if you’re blitzed out of your mind.

@Jay5-0 ..I’m simply looking at the Nevada laws on DUIs. He has to be in “physical control” of the vehicle. The criteria includes that it be running. We also don’t know where the keys were, and if they weren’t in the ignition it’s another big blow to prosecutors. Not learning the facts before posting comments is “dense”. Nevada DUI laws are only a 5 second search away. Why not educate yourself.

I believe that’s a Shelby.
