  2.  @spaycee9082  …I’m speculating that if he was pulled over 7 times in 2 weeks the illegal tinted windows may have been the reason. Georgia’s law is 32% tint max. It’s also mentioned in the vid description area he was pulled over for both the license plate issue and the tinted windows. The cop should have mentioned it.
