  1. I agree. Putin is an actual statesman. (I didn't realize it; until a very few months ago I was brainwashed into thinking he was a sociopath!) I don't know another current world "leader" of his intelligence and humanity. In fact, he strongly reminds me of JFK.

  5.  @rajeshpaleth4400  Thank you, Rajesh! I'll try to find those speeches. (Any suggestions on where I can find them?) And yes, Lavrov was brilliant in a recent speech. I'm so glad we, at least, can communicate with one another now on these platforms because I don't have anyone to talk to in person about these things either. I'm 72 and devoted much of my earlier years to peace and justice issues, but I'm thrilled that we can find ways to cut through the propaganda and censorship that weren't even dreamt of in those years. Westerners have been programmed for generations to see Russia as an evil totalitarian state, more than half of the US population is barely functionally literate now and very few have travelled outside the country so we're easily brainwashed. With no critical thinking skills left now they can't begin to even imagine the situation they're (we're) in! It would be a very lonely world for me without these forums, without people like you, to communicate with. Thanks for replying to me. And do continue to try to get others to question their programmed beliefs. Asking them the right questions is probably the best way to help them see outside the official paradigm.... I guess.........   7.  @catherineshaw1122  I'll watch those interviews in full now. I've seen only excerpts. Where did you find them? I'll check at my library. I don't suppose they're on Netflix or YouTube? Just watched Stone's JFK REVISITED documentary on his assassination, clearly a coup instigated by Dulles and the MIC, pulled off by the CIA and FBI. It was done very sloppily and there's a ton of evidence that's come to light. It's highly relevant now. (And I've just been researching Tulsi Gabbard, who, if she ever gets close to real power, will also be snuffed by the same cast of characters.)
