  1. Nope, China isn't at all any longer-- even with a huge population. Both China and Russia are using new nuclear power plants now. (See Oliver Stone's excellent documentary NUCLEAR NOW! I got a copy from my library.)

  2.  @JoeHugs-p1i  China is the most technologically advanced country in the world-- by a long shot. So are their coal plants which, under complete state control, have all but eliminated pollution. Catch up.
