  2. Wrong! While the US plays a ZERO SUM game, in which one side wins and the other loses, other countries see that strengthening PARTNER countries helps BOTH countries thrive! That's the difference in strategies in a nutshell.

  4.  @biggusdickus7611  Their strategy is the opposite of the American strategy. They think when their PARTNER countries are thriving it helps them do well too. It's 2 very different concepts: "win-win" vs. "zero sum."

While the US has a ZERO SUM strategy with other nations, in which our side wins and the other loses, many other countries see that when the PARTNER countries are all strengthened in win-win agreements they thrive together. That's what's going on now. They're finally strong enough to stand up to American hegemony AND ARE DOING IT!!!!

  9.  @stkchen2005  It's funny you should mention that! I watched a program last night that revealed that less than 5% of those funds ever reached Ethiopia. ( I watch so many... Sorry I can't remember which one that was.)
