What happens when the planet is COMPLETELY shrouded by high atmospheric thick radioactive dust (in the ensuing nuclear winter) that puts it into a deep freeze for a minimum of a decade? Because I now see an extremely high probability of that happening with the Western sociopathic gang now in total control of that situation.
