I somehow was able to watch the entire half hour of a press conference Putin gave yesterday and was, once again, amazed at the stark contrast between his persona and that of our obfuscating drama queen politicians here in the US. He answered all questions thoroughly, politely and unemotionally. ...and to think only about five months ago I was still brainwashed into thinking he was a sick, evil sonofabitch... It's amazing how much I've recently learned that's 180 degrees from what I'd thought was reality.... And in part thanks to you, Alex.
