  2. You may want to read Michael Pollan's book HOW TO CHANGE YOUR MIND. I agree that just not feeling at the bottom of the pit is a feat these days. After being an activist for most my life, I've learned to simply accept all the horrors inflicted on us by the sociopaths who seem to control most of the world. Carry on!

How could could environmental not affect us? ....unless we want to live in an alternate reality. ... or simply accept all the insanity around us--which is what I've been doing for years now. And, when I felt hope, in the olden days, I was a serious activist! DMT is a great game changer, however.
