Trump had the presidential power to declassify the papers. Biden was not president when he took the classified papers (nor senile at the time) and, therefore, couldn't declassify the papers. I'm not a Trump supporter, but that's the difference. Trump acted within the law, Biden broke the law. This is just a political witch hunt to disempower Trump.
