  1. THANK YOU FOR THIS INFORMATION!!! I haven't heard about the spray anywhere else, but I Al Jazeera writes that Israel also exports it to authoritarian governments and blasts it from water cannons on Palestinians and their buildings. Freaky sh*t.... and at least a few municipalities in the US have it to use on us.... Also in the Al Jazeera report from a couple years ago. HORRID COMPOUND!
