  3. I was the editor of an international journal based in the US in the early to mid- '80s. I put AIM news and commentary in every edition because it addressed every issue faced by ordinary US citizens. I remember how brilliant and dynamic Leonard was onstage speaking at an big AIM event in Wyoming. Leaping all over the stage, reciting poetry.... A great mind and extraordinarily charismatic. He often spoke in pictures... Easy to see why he had to be silenced one way or another. ❤
