  1. Multiparity IS anti- imperialist by definition. Neither China nor Russia have adopted our unquestioned belief in benefits from the zero sum paradigm. (Unquestioned by Western powers or citizens, obviously.) They see far greater rewards from mutually-beneficial partnerships.
