  1. @nonegone7170; During the past 1.3 degree C uplift, life expectancy has increased from 30 something to 70 something. Agriculture has progressed from feeding 2 billion to feeding 9 billion, GDP per capita has gone up a factor of 7, Literacy has gone up a factor of 4 etc, etc, etc ... basically the greatest flourishing of humankind ever ... The thesis that the next 1.3 degrees will cause an unmitigated crisis does seem somewhat ludicrous.

  2. That’s what she’s showing … Median is in the “middle”. ie there is an equal probability of falling either side of that point. Which is the definition of the median.
