One thing is for sure… If it transpires in a few years time, that global temperatures have levelled off and are about to fall a few degrees causing severe winters, widespread crop failures, blackouts, breakdowns of the infrastructure and food shortages etc ... The climate zealots will blame it on high anthropogenic CO2.

I doubt it … A … UK emissions per year = 400 million tons (gov.uk) B … CO2 required to increase global temperature by one degree C = 1 million million tons (IPCC) Divide A by B to get the reduction in global temperature if UK achieved Net Zero. Answer; 0.0004 degrees Centigrade per year. That’s four ten-thousandths of one degree C per year. California is also 0.0004 … Australia 0.0005 degrees C per year. The idea that NetZero can achieve anything wrt climate is clearly false … delusional.

What’s the point of all that modelling if the next Grand Solar Minimum, around 2035, will give us 100 years of severe winters, widespread crop failures, blackouts, breakdowns of the infrastructure and food shortages etc ??? Maybe it will, or maybe it won’t do that … But that is what happened at the last GSM around 1750 (apart from the blackouts of course !).

  7. It’s likely that global temperatures will fall, possibly quite dramatically, from 2030 to 2050 due the next Grand Solar Minimum. Sabine, and other climate catastrophists, are desperately looking for a way to blame the forthcoming mini ice-age on anthropogenic global warming. 😂

  10. Correct … The idea that "carbon dioxide is the control knob on the climate" is a colossal public deception. In reality, what drives climate on short-term and long-term timeframes is a dizzyingly complex and dynamic mix of forces: solar cycles, ocean currents, water vapour, wobbles in our planet's orbit, cyclical changes in cloud cover, continental drift, cosmic radiation, and so on... Carbon dioxide is all but irrelevant within that dynamic mix but what sets it apart is that, unlike all these other forces, blaming CO2 is politically useful.
