  1. Historically 400 ppm is very low … 4,000 is typical on earth … We are in a carbon drought … I hope they don’t take it below 180 … because at that level all life on earth is extinguished.

The doom for mankind you speak of is according to unvalidated mathematical models … much like the mathematical models that were proved hopelessly pessimistic for covid. … The people making these precautions cannot possibly, ever say there is no problem. To do so would immediately negate their own purpose and career.

  3. Not a long-term solution … When trees and plants die they rot and give all the co2 they have absorbed back to atmosphere.

  4. Methane in atmosphere dissipates to co2 and water after about 10 years. So the positive feedback would be transient, not latched on.
