Cows take in CO2 and water via grass which, during digestion gives off methane that breaks down into CO2 and water, which is absorbed by cows when they eat grass which, during digestion gives off methane, which breaks down into CO2 and water … and on, and on … Which it has been doing for 40,000,000 years.
