  2. Not to mention that the number of cattle is not increasing, it’s decreasing (due to increased efficiency and reduced waste). Therefore, since methane doesn’t accumulate in the atmosphere like CO2, cattle cannot be causing an increase in methane - it’s mathematically impossible (unless cattle are growing giant methane glands !!!).
