  1. Luke Gittos is just demonstrating his hopeless ignorance about nursing - Which is the whole case in a nutshell. Nurses are REQUIRED to write down their experiences and feelings, especially when something goes wrong … It’s called ‘reflection’ … It doesn’t matter what they write it on; postits, notebook, diary, back of an envelope … they are required to do it and submit a detailed summary every year … If they don’t then they loose their pin.
