  1. 18:15 Hey professor Zoe, You know that if you’re trying to loose weight you can’t eat “lots” of anything. btw, I don’t eat any plants - I’m 68. Thin as a pin. All I eat is meat and dairy … No carbs, no seed oils, no processed, and no metabolic problems whatsoever … I’m never hungry … I only know I’ve missed a meal when I notice the time.

  2.  @Gebev  I take vitamin D in the winter. Actually, tbh, there are two plants I eat occasionally; raspberries and oranges … otherwise I’d probably be dead by now … But I’ve an irrational aversion to anything green since birth! Most days I eat twice, but often only breakfast (egg, bacon & liver). My hungry switch is broken.
