When you have a team of 50 people, each with a mortgage, each with a family, each dependant on the performance of each other, each dependent on the next pay cheque … Then you might understand. Do not ever, ever, ever expect a ‘public servant’, suckling on the teat of taxpayers to have the faintest idea of what the private sector is like. 1:40
