  1. Sorry you cannot fix the BBC by getting rid of a few bad eggs. Managers (all managers) appoint and promote people in their own image, this has been going at the bbc for generations. Now it is not just full of lefties, it is totally, physically constructed of lefties. It cannot be fixed - impossible.
